Around 100 people went to the dinner this year so it was quite packed. to start the night we had an opening speech, then we sat down for the meal. to start the meal we had soup, for the main course we had a turkey dinner and for the dessert we had cheesecake.
After we had finished eating we had speeches. Flt Lt Booth RAF VR(T) gave a speech on how well the squadron had done in the past year and how proud him and the rest of the staff were. the next speech we revived was from the guest of honour.
The Annual Dinner this year was also an emotional night for Mr Watkins, the squadron Chairman, was leaving after many years of service to the squadron. He was given presents for his hard work throughout the years.
The next part of the evening was the most important, awards. the cadets and NCO's get awards for all their hard work over the year.

There was also a promotion and Cdt Horton got promoted to Corporal.
We ended the night with a raffle. overall it was a really good night and everyone enjoyed themselves.
